Burnout & Boundaries: An Honest Conversation for Nonprofit Professionals

The work we do is meaningful, but it can also be demanding. Burnout and blurred boundaries are realities for many people working in the nonprofit sector, yet they are not always easy to discuss.

Join AFP Ozarks for a free panel and roundtable discussion focused on navigating burnout and establishing healthy boundaries in nonprofit work.

We'll bring together long-time nonprofit professionals for an honest and candid conversation about recognizing burnout in ourselves, supporting colleagues and team members, and navigating burnout within our relationships with donors and board members.

We'll also explore how to establish healthy boundaries while maintaining strong, meaningful working relationships and how we can create healthier, more sustainable expectations within our organizations.

This is not a fundraising-specific event, and AFP membership is not required. Anyone working in or connected to the nonprofit community is welcome to attend.
