Each year, AFP member organizations give us their very best in
philanthropy. Many of us work with these honorees in the fundraising
trenches every day, year after year.
As fundraising professionals, we strive to build partnerships with area
businesses, volunteers and media; indeed, most of us couldn't function –
and certainly we wouldn't grow -- without their support.
Awards Program
The AFP sponsors an annual
awards program to recognize outstanding achievements by individuals,
foundations and organizations.
In professional
fundraising, such individuals and organizations form a vital partnership
that philanthropy must have to maintain its contribution to mankind.
It is right and proper, therefore, that AFP honors those who hold high
ethical standards and best exemplify commitment, dedication and talent
toward helping society.
These awards are given in
recognition to those individuals and organizations whole life-time or
long-term achievements have made a significant impact upon society.
